Twenty percent of USD 50 is USD 10, so the cap limits the reduction to USD 6. The resulting total is USD 74 if the other charges remain unchanged.
The headline percentage does not reduce all USD 80 by 20%. Your real checkout may use different rules, so compare the eligible base, the displayed reduction and the amount left to pay.
Resolve a missing coupon before approving the parcel
If a coupon is absent or rejected, record its name, visible terms and the exact message. Ask the official support channel which condition is not met. Do not assume that cancelling an order or opening another account will restore it.
Compare eligible shipping options by their complete payable amounts and stated service conditions. A higher headline discount can still leave a higher final quote. Keep the coupon adjustment separate in your budget so the saving remains understandable later.
