Boonbuy Links Not Working: Check the Listing Before You Order
An unavailable link and an unavailable product are different problems. Start by identifying which page failed and what you expected it to show.
On this guide, product cards open the complete catalog or product details in a new tab. Review the full listing there, then check the purchasing destination and selected option before proceeding with your chosen agent.
Know which page you are opening
You may encounter several pages for the same prospective purchase:
| Page | Its role | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Spreadsheet or discovery page | Helps you find and compare candidates | Where the product link leads |
| Complete catalog detail | Provides more information about the find | Product identity, options and available supporting information |
| Original marketplace listing | Shows the seller’s listing | Seller, item identifier, options and current information |
| Purchasing-agent page | Handles supported purchasing services | That the imported item and selected option match your intention |
Not every listing supplies all four links. If the source or item identifier is missing and matters to your decision, ask for it before treating a similar photo as a match.
Save the identity of the item
Keep the original product URL when available, item identifier, seller, size, color, quantity and the price for that option. A short description helps you recognize it later.
For example, “black zip hoodie, selected size M, source item ending 4821” is easier to distinguish from another black hoodie than a thumbnail alone. The example identifier is invented.
This record is also useful when a link still works but the page has changed.
Match the problem to the next check
| What you see | What to check next |
|---|---|
| A page will not load | Whether the URL is complete and whether the site reports a temporary or access issue |
| A sign-in or region message | What access the source requests and whether another public listing view is available |
| The item page opens without your size | Whether the selected variant is still offered |
| The price differs from the card | The current option, quantity, currency and whether the card showed a starting price |
| A redirect shows a different item | The seller and product identifier before continuing |
| An agent cannot import the URL | Whether that source and URL format are currently supported by the agent |
A loading error does not establish that an item is sold out. A visible listing does not establish that every option is available.
Compare the selected option after a redirect
Check the item identity, color, size and quantity on the destination page. Then review the price attached to that combination.
A photo may be shared across several variants. A low headline price may describe a different size, an accessory or a different pack quantity. If the option cannot be selected, resolve that before comparing a final price.
Our budget guide explains how to compare quantities and prices on the same basis.
Treat replacement links as new information
A seller may provide a new listing, or a directory may suggest an alternative. Recheck the seller, item identifier, measurements, options and current conditions.
A matching photograph is a reason to investigate, not enough evidence that the replacement has the same construction, fit or terms. If the identifier changes, keep the old and new records separate until the relationship is clear.
Use the clothing measurement guide or shoe size guide to check the details that affect fit.
Ask for clarification with useful details
A concise message can include the public source link, product identifier, intended option and the exact problem:
The linked page opens, but the black option in size M is no longer selectable. Is that option still available? If you suggest a replacement listing, please confirm its item identifier and size chart.
This is a suggested question, not an offer by this website to source or purchase the item. Orders, account issues and payments belong with the service you use.
Recheck before paying
Reopen the current listing and confirm the option rather than relying on a saved screenshot. If the item is still unclear, leave it out of the order until the important questions are answered.
Can a new link prove the original product is back?
Compare the listing identity and details. A replacement URL may describe a relisted item or a different product.
What should I do if I have already paid?
Use your order record to ask the purchasing service about the item status and applicable cancellation or refund process. The answer depends on the order and current terms.
